If you wish, we can deliver your purchases to your home. We also take care of collecting your old furniture and guarantee its environmentally friendly disposal.
Beds, armchairs and sofa beds must be disassembled, accessible and ready for transport. The offer is only valid in combination with the home delivery and assembly service at the delivery address and of the same nature (we do not take back wardrobes, tables, etc.).
Recycling
Here's how our recycling system works:
Your old furniture is taken to a recycling center where it is completely dismantled by specialists.
Each component (recyclable material) is sorted according to its nature.
The boxes are compressed.
Recyclable materials thus return to the recovery chain.
Nearly two thirds of the materials collected are recyclable and one third are incinerated.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery
At Swiss Bedding, the service doesn't stop when you leave our stores. Our delivery service also takes care of the rest. We deliver your new products directly to your home, or make them available to you in the branch closest to you.
About two weeks before the delivery of your order, we will set up an appointment together and a two-hour slot will be offered to you.
* For delivery addresses where access is difficult (pedestrian streets, narrow stairwells, etc.). We thank you for informing our delivery service, as additional costs may be requested (parking permit, moving platform, etc.).
Assembly
Our assembly team unpacks your new furniture and assembles it so that it is ready for use at the chosen location. A quality check, explanation of functions and controls are included. We take away the packaging material for recycling.
