THE SWISS BEDDING WORKSHOP

OUR WORKSHOP

At Swiss Bedding, each product comes to life in the heart of our manufacturing facility located in Boudry, in the canton of Neuchâtel. This is where our passion for excellence and our know-how combine to create innovative, precise bedding solutions adapted to the specific needs of our customers.

With carefully selected materials and cutting-edge manufacturing processes, we offer a wide range of mattresses and pillows designed to ensure restful sleep and unmatched comfort. Whether it's supporting your back, ensuring perfect ergonomics or meeting specific requirements, our workshop transforms your expectations into reality.

With careful attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality, Swiss Bedding makes every night a unique experience of relaxation and well-being.

CHOICE OF RAW MATERIALS

Cotton is the most important natural fiber produced in the world, so it is quite natural that we use this fiber in our collections. In addition, thanks to its excellent ventilation properties, it brings unparalleled freshness to your mattress and its hygroscopic quality allows it to easily absorb perspiration.

CHOICE OF MOUSSES

Swiss Bedding foams feature a particularly open cell structure, which allows a new dimension of breathability to be achieved, which is not achievable with conventional viscoelastic mattresses.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Our unique multi-zone system will allow your spine to be perfectly positioned. Your shoulders will sink deeper, while the lumbar region is more supported, which perfectly balances your body.

CONFECTION WORKSHOP

We take particular care with our covers in order to best meet the demands of our customers.

ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP

Swiss Bedding responds in a personalized way to the needs of each person, both for individuals and for other companies. We remain attentive to all the novelties as well as to the development of our products, in order to always offer innovative and high-quality products.

QUALITY CONTROL

A quality control is carried out as soon as one of our products is assembled. To carry out the test, a 115 kg hexagonal roller passes over the mattress 200,000 times, which simulates 10 years of use. The result is that of a mattress that has suffered a loss of less than one centimeter of its original height.
